My Story

yamiToday Project LLC was created to support individuals with anxiety and mental health challenges. I began these practices to sustain my own mental challenges and sanity. Percussionist for 35 yrs, I started chanting while drumming before the Rona. I shared it with others. Here we are today. I share my - 25 years as a Certified Soft Tissue Specialist, 20 yr. Chi Nei Tsang private practice, and 20 yrs. of Alternative Health Education. Artist my whole life. I am licensed to practice in Texas and California and I am able to educate around the world. I work with all demographics, from those who are "especially needy" to those with "special needs."  I Love What I Do! Collaborations, Self - Care classes, Workshops, Healing Events with Energetic and Vibrational exercises.
