PSOAS PIZZAZZ is a Art Anatomy Class and Workbook for Wellness.

I am sharing a Western, Eastern, and Energetic point of view for the Abdominal area. I am introducing Lei's Legumeatsu and Drumeditation to Fortify a Daily relaxing home practice stimulating our Healing Powers Within.

Psoas Muscle -

A low back muscle that attaches to both sides of our Lumbar Spine and the top of our Femur.
